Updating Your Member Information

If you’re an asset-owner member, it’s important that you update your company’s contact information when it changes. You can do so by filling out a Member Information Form.

 

Updates to your company’s database information and the locations of your underground infrastructure can be submitted in one of two formats:

• Polygon Format (preferred): GIS shape files representing the locations of your underground infrastructure. Review our system requirements for GIS shape files.
• Grid Format: A list of LLD locations the underground infrastructure is located in. To update your database information in grid format, use the Data Submission Form.
