Utility Safety Partners has prepared a 2nd draft of Proposed Damage Prevention Legislation following posting of the first draft for a 30 day comment period. The USP Government Relations Committee has reviewed and responded to all comments. With the objective to maintain transparency during this process, USP provides this comment and response matrix. Those comments that were incorporated into the 2nd draft appear in the matrix in blue text.

Upon completion, you and USP will receive a copy of your comments in a PDF document delivered to your email address. Once comments have been considered on the second version, the third and final version of the legislation will be presented to the UCP government.
