Please Read This Page Carefully

A locate request submitted on this site will automatically notify the affected utility members based on the dig site area drawn by the user. A copy of your ticket will be emailed to you.

You are not clear to excavate until all utilities have been located. It is the excavator’s responsibility to make sure there is no damage to the located utilities during excavation, and placing a request with Utility Safety Partners does not remove that responsibility.

A minimum of Three Full Working Days’ Notice is required in order for facility owners to respond to a routine request. Large Project Tickets require a minimum of Five Full Working Days’ Notice.

NOTE: Locate response times can vary and a longer lead time is recommended during the busiest months (May, June, July, August and September).

Members may respond by providing marks on the ground, information about the location of their buried infrastructure, a written clearance, or by contacting you to arrange a mutually acceptable date to provide locates or meet onsite.

Utility Safety Partners reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject a locate request placed through this site if it deems that request unacceptable.
